By attending the Austin Greek Festival, you are entering an area where photography, video recording, and audio recording may occur. The Austin Greek Festival reserves the right to use any photograph, video, or audio taken at the event without the express written permission of those included within the photograph, video, or audio recording. The Austin Greek Festival may use photographs, videos, and audio taken at the event in publications or other media material, including but not limited to use on websites, social media, news, press releases, brochures, invitations, and other promotional or advertising materials. Images and audio will not be identified using full names or personally identifying information without approval from the subject of such images or audio.

By attending the Austin Greek Festival, you consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording and waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication, and you release the Austin Greek Festival, Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church, and each and all persons involved, including Austin Greek Festival volunteers as well as employees of Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church, from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photograph, video, or audio recording taken by the Austin Greek Festival or any person or entity designated to do so by the Austin Greek Festival.
